Payments

You can pay over the phone with your debit or credit card by calling 412-256-8337. There is a 4% extra charge for payments using your credit/debit cards over the phone.


We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express from most major countries. We do not accept personal checks and we do not ship COD. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure one page check out.
  • You will be asked for your name (as it reads on your credit card)
  • Your billing address (to verify authorization/match)
  • Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)
  • Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info)
  • Your credit card type, number, expiration date & 3 digit code on the back of the card.
Important Note: Credit Card billing address MUST exactly match the shipping address or your order will be delayed until we can contact you to verify the correct address. Please note that if you choose PayPal as your payment method, your order will automatically be shipped to the address you provided on our website. If your package needs to go to an address that is different from the billing address, please email us for approval. All Express/Next Day Air orders are only shipped to the billing address unless approved by our processing department.

PayPal

Paypal is our credit card processor online. Please note that you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this option. PayPal also allows you to check out securely using a Visa, Master or American Express Debit or Credit Card. Paypal is the most secure option to make payments online. Other Payment Options

Money Order - Golden Swish accepts money orders. To place an order with a money order, you may choose the money order option when placing your order online and the details on where to send your money order will be provided to you at checkout. Or you may fill out an Order Request Form. We will calculate your order total and shipping cost then send you a payment invoice with Money Order instructions and details within 24 hours.

Money Gram Transfer - If you are unable to pay using a credit/debit card or via money order, you make make a payment via Money Gram or Western Union. To place an order, please fill out the Order Request Form. We will calculate your order total and shipping cost then send you a payment invoice with Western Union/Money Gram Payment instructions and details within 24 hours.

Bank Deposits/Wire Transfers
Whether you reside in the US, UK, Canada or Africa, you can make payments via Bank Deposits or Wire Transfers into the Golden Swish Bank Account. To make a payment via Bank Deposits, please select the 'Wire Transfer' option when placing your order. The bank details to make your deposit will be provided to you at checkout depending on your location. When making your bank deposits, ensure to use your Order ID as the reference number for your Bank deposits.
How Do I return to make a payment for an order I placed?
 
  1. Click ''My Account' at the Right top corner of the website 
  2. Click 'Review Orders/track packages'. 
  3. You should now be able to see the Order you placed 
  4. Click 'View or Change Order' 
  5. Click 'Pay via Paypal' Click 'Continue' 
  6. You should now be directed to the Paypal site to make your payment. 
Note: You do not need to have a Paypal account to make your payment. Paypal is simply our credit card processor.

PHONE PAYMENT
You can choose the phone payment option to pay your order over the phone. Please call our customer service rep at 412-256-8337 to initiate payment over the phone with your debit/credit card. Please have your order number ready when you call. Please note that there is a 4% extra fee to pay over the phone.

WIRE TRANSFER
You can choose the wire transfer option to pay your order via an online banking system. Please call our customer service rep at 412-256-8337 to initiate payment over the phone with your debit/credit card. Goldenswish uses Bank of America for all our banking needs. Please have your order number ready when you call. There is no fee required to use this option
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after you place your order (s).
